The actual numbers of our phone number are 1-888-537-7428, so the number actually ends up spelling out "Jessicu". But that looks weird. :-) Whether you dial the last 2 letters in "Jessicurl" or not, your call will go through.

Unopened and unused 8oz and liter size products may be eligible for return within 30 days of ordering. Liters must still be in the shrink wrap in order to receive a refund. What do I do if it looks like the Hair Cleanser may have separated?

Please give the Hair Cleanser a vigorous shake for about 10 seconds. Hold the bottle in the middle and rotate your wrist back and forth, rather than pumping your hand straight up and down. The ingredients will re-combine but you will also still see small white flecks. This is normal and does not affect how the product performs.

Why didn't I get all the samples I requested with my order?

Jessicurl's generous sample policy allows each customer to choose ONE free sample per order. There are only two conditions: you cannot pick a free sample of a product you are also purchasing; and you may only receive each product as a free sample once. If you pick more than one sample we will choose which one to send you. If you pick a sample you have received previously, or a sample of a product you are purchasing in that order, the sample will be omitted.
